We want all our resellers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your reseller package, we offer a refund within a certain time frame as outlined below. Refunds are applicable to service-related issues such as:

– Significant downtime that cannot be resolved
– Technical issues preventing proper use of the reseller service
– Failure to meet service expectations as set at the time of purchase

2. Reseller-Specific Refund Policy
For resellers, refunds are available if the service fails to meet the agreed-upon expectations. If you experience major technical difficulties or extended service disruptions, you may be eligible for a refund. This refund applies only if we are unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, resellers must contact us through the registered email or WhatsApp number. The request should include:

– Your full name
– Order number
– Reason for the refund request

Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.

4. Reseller-Specific Terms for Future Subscriptions
If a reseller’s subscription is refunded, they may no longer be eligible to resell our services unless re-approved by our team. Additionally, any pending commissions will be forfeited upon refund approval.

5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for the following cases:

– Account suspension due to violation of our terms
– Unauthorized sharing of reseller accounts
– Reseller accounts used for illegal purposes
